Ruff & Paw, LLC provides AI-powered receptionist services, front desk automation, CRM tools, communication tools, and related business automation services designed primarily for pet service businesses, including groomers, trainers, kennels, clinics, and related businesses.

Our Services are powered in part through third-party platforms and technologies, including Go High Level and Stripe.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our Services, creating an account, starting a free trial, or making a purchase, you confirm that you:

Are at least 18 years old

Have the authority to enter into this agreement

Agree to comply with these Terms and all applicable laws

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our Services.

3. Services Provided

AI Voice and Chat Tools

Appointment and Lead Capture Tools

Workflow and Business Automation Services

Related onboarding and support services

Our Services are intended to support human teams, not replace them. While our automation tools may improve efficiency and responsiveness, customers remain responsible for their business operations, staffing decisions, client communication, and service outcomes.

4. Free Trial

New users may receive a seven (7) day free trial.

Unless canceled before the trial period ends:

Your selected subscription plan will automatically begin

Your payment method on file will be charged

Free trials are limited to one per business unless otherwise approved by Ruff & Paw.

5. Subscription Billing

Our Services are offered on a subscription basis.

By subscribing, you authorize Ruff & Paw and our payment processor, Stripe, to charge your selected payment method for:

Monthly subscription fees

Usage-based charges, if applicable

Applicable taxes and fees

Subscription pricing may change with reasonable notice.

6. Cancellation Policy

There are:

No long-term contracts

No cancellation penalties

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us directly.

Cancellation will stop future billing but does not automatically generate refunds for prior charges already processed.

7. Refund Policy

Unless otherwise stated in writing:

Subscription fees are non-refundable

Partial billing periods are not prorated

Usage-based fees may not be refundable once incurred

We may issue refunds at our sole discretion.

8. Third-Party Platforms

Our Services may integrate with or rely upon third-party providers including, but not limited to:

Go High Level

Stripe

Twilio

OpenAI

Google

Meta

Other communication or AI providers

We are not responsible for outages, interruptions, pricing changes, or functionality limitations caused by third-party providers.

Your use of third-party services may also be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

9. User Responsibilities

You agree not to:

Use the Services for unlawful purposes

Attempt unauthorized access to systems or accounts

Use the Services to spam, harass, or mislead others

Upload malicious software or harmful content

Violate privacy, telemarketing, or communication laws

You are responsible for:

Your account security

Your business communications

Compliance with applicable laws and regulations

Obtaining consent where required for calls, recordings, SMS, or automated communications

10. AI and Automation Disclaimer

AI-generated responses, automations, and recommendations may not always be accurate, complete, or appropriate for every situation.

Ruff & Paw does not guarantee:

Specific business results

Revenue increases

Lead conversion rates

Appointment volume

Accuracy of AI-generated responses

Users should monitor and review automations regularly.

Our Services are intended to assist and support human teams, not replace professional judgment, customer service staff, or operational oversight.

11. Availability of Services

We strive to provide reliable Services but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

Services may occasionally be unavailable due to:

Maintenance

Technical issues

Third-party outages

System updates

Events outside our control

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue Services at any time.

12. Intellectual Property

All Ruff & Paw branding, logos, software, workflows, automations, content, and materials are owned by Ruff & Paw, LLC unless otherwise stated.

You may not:

Copy

Resell

Reverse engineer

Redistribute

Reproduce

our Services or proprietary materials without written permission.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ruff & Paw, LLC shall not be liable for:

Indirect damages

Lost profits

Lost revenue

Business interruption

Data loss

Missed communications

Client disputes

AI inaccuracies

Third-party platform failures

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Ruff & Paw during the previous thirty (30) days.

14. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Ruff & Paw, LLC from claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from:

Your use of the Services

Your violation of these Terms

Your communications with customers or clients

Violations of applicable laws or regulations

15. Privacy
