Ruff & Paw, LLC Refund Policy

At Ruff & Paw, LLC (“Ruff & Paw,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), we strive to provide valuable AI Receptionist, Front Desk Automation, and CRM services to support busy pet service businesses.

Please review our refund policy carefully before purchasing or subscribing to our Services.


1. No Refunds on Subscription Payments

All subscription payments are non-refundable.

This includes:

Monthly subscription fees

Partial subscription periods

Unused time remaining in a billing cycle

Setup or onboarding fees, if applicable

Usage-based charges already incurred

Once a payment has been processed, Ruff & Paw does not provide full or partial refunds.


2. Free Trial

New users may receive a seven (7) day free trial before being charged.

If you do not wish to continue your subscription, you must cancel before the free trial period ends to avoid billing.


3. Cancel Anytime

We do not require long-term contracts.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team.

After cancellation:

Future recurring charges will stop

Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period

No prorated refunds will be issued for unused time


4. Failed or Disputed Payments

If a payment is declined, disputed, reversed, or charged back:

We may suspend or terminate access to Services

Outstanding balances may remain due

Accounts may be restricted until resolved


5. Exceptions

Refunds are only issued when required by applicable law or at the sole discretion of Ruff & Paw, LLC.
